This is a mixed-use development in Central Watford. It delivers over 150 apartments in a 23-storey block, as well as 120,000sq ft of office space over eight floors. The project also has three basement levels which hold 200 car parking spaces as well as provision for cycles. As you would expect with a development of this stature, the site also includes cafés and restaurants and it has both sky gardens and roof terraces.
OJM Insulations has supported the project since its inception. With Phase 2 complete, we are now working on Phase 3 where we are adding phenolic to corridors and basement pipework.
