Standing on the site of the former West Ham United ground in London, Upton Gardens provides 842 new homes, 25% of which are classed as affordable homes. Built by Barratt Developments, the regeneration embraces the unique history of the site. A pathway through the heart of the scheme celebrates the history of the former football ground and utilises circles to represent West Ham United’s iconic ‘Forever Blowing Bubbles’ song. We worked with Haydon Mechanical to deliver this work.
