We are in the process of working on a new retirement village in Braintree, Essex.
Polly’s Field Village will be opening early 2022, and provide community living for the over 55’s, within a superb development of 99 apartments. These apartments will be set amidst a range of leisure facilities, including a gym, a hairdressers and beauty salon, a restaurant and a village hall amongst others.
Our newly qualified apprentice Sam alongside our new apprentice Ollie have been working hard installing phenolic foam foil sections to the corridors and risers. This is their first complete project working on their own and they are progressing very well!
The ductwork within the communal areas is yet to be started, but once started, this will be insulated with Icerock duct wrap..
