Polly’s Field Village opened in early 2022, and provides community living for the over 55’s within a superb development of 99 apartments. Situated in Braintree Essex, these apartments are set amidst a range of leisure facilities, including a gym, a hairdressers and beauty salon, a restaurant and a village hall amongst others.
The project was a great opportunity to put our newly qualified apprentice Sam to the test. Sam worked alongside our new apprentice Ollie to install phenolic foam foil sections to the corridors and risers. This was their first complete project working on their own and they did a great job. The ductwork within the communal areas has now been completed using Icerock duct wrap.
